Smoked Beef Ribs

So, I am going to be honest with you guys. You aren’t going to get a whole story about how I grew up and my grandma cooked such and such and the whole nine yards story before every recipe I post. One reason is I have a full-time job, and two wild boys, so I do not have time to give you the whole family history. Second reason is I hate scrolling for five minutes before I ever come to the recipe, so I’ll save you the time if you are like me.

This is a great way to use those beef ribs you bought from Powell Farms and aren’t sure what to do with. These can be smoked on a regular grill, a pellet grill (which is what we use) or in your oven. You won’t get the smoke flavor in your oven but still an option if you don’t have a grill.
