Total Cost is $5.25 per pound of hanging weight. Approximately $900-$950. Larger animals may be more depending on final weight.
A quarter steer is approximately 100 lbs. of frozen beef. 50% of the 100lbs will be made up of steaks, roasts, short ribs, brisket, stew meat, etc. and the other half will be made up of ground beef. Please message us before submitting deposit to pick a processing date.
To secure your beef share:
Pay our $150 deposit to reserve your animal; this will be deducted from the final balance.
You will receive an email from us when your beef is ready, which will be approximately two weeks from your selected processing date. We will then arrange a time for you to come pick up your beef direct from our farm.
Your remaining balance will be due at pickup
